Shayla is a senior at Ida B. Wells High School. This is Shayla’s second year writing for “The Headlight” and third year cheering for the Ida B. Wells Varsity Cheer program. After high school, Shayla plans to go out of state for college to study Criminal Justice and Criminology. Outside of school, Shayla enjoys listening to music, podcasts, and hanging out with friends.
