Jasper is a junior at Ida B. Wells High School, who is currently in Intro to Journalism learning to write for “The Headlight.” He’s always been interested in creative endeavors, mainly art, but has in recent years grown quite fond to writing as well. His favorite part of journalism is getting to research a topic for weeks on end, becoming well acquainted with every aspect of it. Outside of school you can find him scouring the discographies of whatever new music artist he is obsessed with that month, or huddled over a sketchbook making fifty new drawings of his original characters.
